    • Consider approval of Resolution No. 17-16 Setting Wages for Full-Time Employees of the City of Earlham, Effective July 1 2017.
    • Consider approval of Resolution No. 17-17 Approving and Authorizing a Form of Loan Agreement and Authorizing and Providing for the Issuance, and Levying a Tax to Pay the Notes; Approval of the Tax Exemption Certificate (fire truck loan)
    • Consider approval of Resolution No 17-18 Approving Post-Issuance Compliance Policy
    • Discussion and possible action on the June 12, 2017 motion regarding Jim & Karla Evans request
    • Consider approval of request from Earlham Little League Board to use city fields for slow-pitch tournament for fundraiser for Little League
    • Consider approval of proposal from Utility Billing Clerk Willem, for $116.25 sewer credit for Roger Merical, 360 SW 2nd Street, due to water leak.
    • Consider request from Fire Chief Boyle for payment of first half of FY17-18 chief stipend.
    • Discussion and possible action on traffic at the stop sign at the intersection of 6th & Chestnut
    • Set date for public hearing on Ordinance No. 394 Amending the Code of Ordinances of Earlham, Iowa, by Amending Chapter 41.14 Fireworks, Regarding Use and Sale, for August 14, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Earlham City Hall.
